Bone Builders

We are at the Oakes Senior Center on the first Wednesday of every month, moving with the community's seniors using resistance (even if it's body weight) and flexibility training for better range of motion, stronger bones, fall risk reduction, and better mobility. This class is FREE to anyone who wants to learn how to maintain (or better) your health and stay active to continue enjoying an independent lifestyle.

No need to sign up. Just show up and join us!
