Welcome! I'm Jamie, a dedicated instructor and coach passionate about helping individuals unlock their full potential through movement, mindset, and meaningful connections with their bodies.
Professionally, I wear many hats: yoga instructor, group fitness leader, personal trainer, 1:1 yoga coach, mobility coach, health coach, behavior change specialist, and mindset coach. My approach is rooted in a deep appreciation for anatomy and the unique ways each body functions. While we all share similar structures, I believe every individual’s journey is personal and deserves tailored guidance.
My focus is on functional movement, alignment, and creating sustainable, balanced practices that empower my clients to move with ease, strength, and confidence in their daily lives. This is why I founded Beyond The Flex. Whether through yoga, strength training, or coaching conversations, I strive to help you cultivate a deeper connection with your body and mind.
Outside of work, I find joy in dancing, hiking, weightlifting, spending time outdoors, and exploring new languages. My family, friends, and pets bring a sense of balance and fulfillment to my life, reminding me of the importance of connection and play.
